PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of orders.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that courier tracking updates may take a few days to reflect.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Shipping times vary depending on the order destination. Expected arrival time is typically 5-20 business days on average after getting processed. A tracking code will get sent to you via email.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Delays: Delivery times will vary and may be impacted by external factors such as weather, customs processing, courier delays, weekends, or holidays.
  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for unreceived packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Lost packages: Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we ship your order it is completely out of our control. 

FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery fails, here’s how we can assist:

  • Re-Delivery Attempts: In some cases, we can coordinate with the courier for re-delivery. This depends on the courier’s policies and availability.
  • Additional Fees: If the failed delivery is due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability to receive the package), additional re-delivery fees may apply. These fees are determined by the courier.
  • Customer Responsibility: Ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Customers may need to pay customs, duties, and tariffs on their order. There are no duties for orders shipping to the USA.
